Mido has decided to optimize his most representative movement, the Caliber 80, equipping him with a silicon spiral.
In addition to its anti-Magnetic properties, this material, essential in high watchmaking, offers long-term precision much higher than that of a normal spiral, with higher impact resistance characteristics. The tests conducted by the Caque include the verification of the number engraved on the movement of the clock and checks in the test environment. Each movement is controlled individually according to a rigorous procedure of several days in five positions and at different temperatures (8 ° C, 23 ° C and 38 ° C). For 15 days the clock is subjected to daily checks. Every day, including Saturday and Sunday, the tools are measured and loaded.
